Mid Week Training 2021-22

The allocated mid week training sessions at The Ath are as follows:

BJB Car Park & Kit Container Rota 2021 – 22

Due to increasing numbers of cars at the Ath on a Sunday morning we are revising the parking rota.

Each age group will have a couple of Sundays where they man the gate, their job is to be at the Ath by 9am, lower the barrier and only let vehicles in that;

1. Have a BJB age group coaches pass, (each age group will have 2)
2. One vehicle per visiting team is allowed in, can team managers please notify visiting teams before the day.
3. The vehicle shows a disabled driver badge
4. Is the vehicle of a referee or is a visiting official.

Can the people who volunteer please stay on the gate until 10.15 when all officials should be on site, then they can watch their age group train or play.
If you unlock the padlock (code is 1886) please lock the padlock back onto the chain with the door open.
At 12.30 the age group is responsible for ensuring that all the kit is properly stacked in the container, when all kit is in please shut the doors and lock the padlock.

The roster may have to change during the season but please try to work with it as best you can.
